I wish I had the skin I had in my 20’s.  I remember how simple mornings were, with a quick wash and go.   No skin routine, and no make-up necessary to look fresh and awake.  Those were the days.  Now its one cream to deflate, one to minimize, one to plump, and another to erase.   So when I had my first in office treatment at the Youth Corridor Clinic, with their signature No Peel Peel and the results were immediate and noticeable, I was excited to get back on the treatment table for another treatment with Medical Esthetician, Denise Bissell. This time we decided to try a Laser Treatment and end with another signature No Peel Peels.  I was a little nervous about the Laser, it sounded serious, and I kept envisioning the women I see after treatments with bright red raw looking skin, but Denise promised me there would be little to no recovery time necessary. The specific Laser Denise was going to use was the Nd:Yag, which has the ability to reach deeper layers in the skin than other Lasers do, promoting more Collagen growth to keep the skins youthful glow. For newbies like me, Laser is a non invasive procedure, a light which feels like heat being slowly moved over the entire face, small sections at a time.  I would compare the heat intensity of the Laser light to the heat from a blow drier.   When blowing your hair the drier can be too hot if left in one place for too long, but moving around it never gets too much to handle.    Denise said the results from the Laser would not be as instantaneous, as they were with the No Peel Peel, but would happen days even weeks later and would be even more significant.  I was excited to see the results!!  Both treatments together were under 30 minutes and just as Denise said, my face was not scary looking at all, but a light shade of pink when I left the office.  A few hours later after the pink faded, my skin looked very fresh and smooth from the No Peel Peel, but the real results from the Laser came a few days later.  My skin was and still is noticeably tighter, there are less fine lines and my skin tone is more even colored and I honestly see so many less brown spots!!!  The results are pretty amazing considering it was a painless, a short treatment and I only did it one time.  I can only imagine how significant the results would be if this was done on a regular basis!! The Laser starts at $250, and considering the dramatic results and comparing how much money I spend on creams with slower and less results, it is well worth the investment!

Is there a treatment that you have done where you can see such instant noticeable results? I would love to hear from you!
